Can’t sing Sweetwater Plumbing’s praises enough. When I first inquired about replacing my 75-gallon gas water heater with an 80-gallon heat pump water heater, I was impressed with John Howe’s product knowledge and ability to understand my goals. The Sweetwater Plumbing crew handled everything professionally. The installation was super clean which is what I really wanted. I can’t recommend Sweetwater Plumbing enough.

John was kind and understanding on my financial situation, doing a major job at my home exposing my plumbing problems. Marty was awesome on giving me multiple options on what I can do at the time to get my tub working again. They worked with my work schedule, very professional and the job was fast. Had an emergency issue with our downstairs bathroom overflowing and flooding. Bryan Moreo arrived promptly on a Friday afternoon and handled the situation. Victor arrived with the hydroflush and cleared out what the snake couldn't due to a problem with the position of a pipe. I was able to view the problem with the camera and everything was explained as to why this has been a continuous issue since we moved in. Both Bryan and Victor were very professional and down to earth and no bs.

We had a flood in our home a few days before Christmas. Sweetwater Plumbing came out and took care of the plumbing issue very quickly. They brought in a mitigation team led by Victor. He was great to work with. He kept in contact with us, letting us know what was happening next, and was always on time. Even when they had to remove the drywall which is always a messy job, they left the area and floors cleaned and as good as can be expected. It was obviously a very stressful time, with fans and dehumidifiers all over, but Victor and his team were always kind and made the stressful situation easier to deal with. I highly recommend Sweetwater plumbing.
